- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom or made-to-order products
Return Process
- Contact us at info@clearwateraquatics.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return authorisation and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Please note: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly replace it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary)
